Dark orange coloured and unclear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Complex aroma, ceder-tree, wood, hops, spicy, some malty notes too. Flavor is great, more woody notes, lots of sweetness, ceder, bitterness. Creamy, dry texture and soft carbonation. Nice balance. Sure it’s not a Cigar City??? nice light apple aroma, amber, cloudy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish, long finish, Vignale (3829) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 15, 2012
Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2012. It may be a bit sweet but for me it works really well eith the aromes/tastes of apples. I love ripe sweet juice apples and beer and this is a good combo. Surpriceingly little hops but a little bittness that brings out some apple cores and apple peel nuances. I like. Kestral (506) - Årnes, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2012
Bottle. Clear copper with a big offwhite head. Aroma is definitely IPA-like, but not your usual citrus bomb. This is something different. There are citrus notes here, but accented by other fruity flavours like pears, apples, peaches. A little bubblegum?A fruity sweetness beneath, like the sugary syrup canned fruits would have been lying in. Very balanced flavourwise, not at all extreme. A quick flash of sweetness with grapefruity bitterness in the finish. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel, with medium to low carbonation. A very nice drink. daje (4436) - NORWAY - JUL 1, 2013
Bottle, on expiry date june 18th 2013. Hazy, light amber body, medium offwhite head. Massive aroma of apples, grassy and fruity hops, sweet caramel malt. Was really unsure how the appple syrup would work out, but I think it gives a fresh touch to both taste and aroma. Elsewhere the taste is very sweet with a good amount of fruity hops, the soraci ace is taking the front seat and delivering its good side of bubble gum and cocos. Taste is rounded off with sweet apple taste, which I can like. The beer has a warming alcohol taste and finish, balanced with a solid bitterness. As the name Humlemord (Hop murder?) indicates it seems they’ve not held back on the bittering hops here. The apple touch on the beer makes it really interesting.

Den her øl eksploderde op af flasken. Så det er det halve af en øl jeg anmelder. Godt frugtagtig humlet, og meget sødlig. jesperhammer (4736) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 12, 2012

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours cloudy orange with a small creamy white head. Peach, mango and tropical fruit. Sweet and sticky. Bitter finish. Smooth. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear golden with an off-white head. Interesting sweet, fruity, perfumy nose. Rich and sweet body, syrupy alright with the barrel adding a rather sophisticated edge. Absolutely no bitterness and I doubt I can drink a lot of it, but still very enjoyable - kinda like an dessert beer. 100512 TorbenH (1073) - Frederikshavn, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2012
