Danish: En flot ravfarvet øl, med et flot hvidt skum. En dejlig fyldig øl, som starter med et præg af sødme, grundet valg af malte. Derefter træder de 3 amerikanske humletyper flot i karakter, og giver øllen den karakteristiske bitterhed, der flot bliver hængende i smagen. Ufiltreret og upasteuriseret. Brygget på malt, humle, vand og gær.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Served an almost clear golden with an off-white head. Hops dominates the aroma with pine, resin and a little grapefruit, but there’s also some heavy malts giving it a touch of beefstock. The aroma goes in the same direction, giving it a quite bitter finish with piney and resiny flavors. Mediium to full body. The beer is quite good, but it’s tending towards being one-dimentional. I’d like it with a fuller body and a more pronounced maltyness. Sure nice though. (080229)

Flaske. Jeg havde ret store forventninger til denne øl, hvilket blev fuldstændig indfriet. Flot skum på en klassisk lysravfarvet øl, med en god del bundfald. Duften er meget humlet, og det er tydeligvis amerikansk inspireret på den gode måde. Smagen sider iskabet med god bitterhed i enden. Dejlig.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with very longlasting head. I was told this one was more hoppier than the former batches. Nice grass and citrus in the aroma and flower garden in the mouth. Good mouthfull.

Bottled. Hazy amber with a low tan-coloured foam. Dark bread, flowers, straw, dark berries and grass in the strong but unrefined aroma. Grass, caramel, bread and citric fruit in the flavour. Medium bitter finish of grass, dark bread, metal and grapefruit. Decent IPA

Bottle thanks to a Good Friend. Aroma is caramalt, nutty, floural citrusy and grassy, grapefruit, slight hints at lychee. Taste is similar very deep malty base even chocolaty at times. Intresting and different ipa.

Bottle. Hazy orange red coloured with a creamy off white head. Aroma of berries, fruits, pine needles and hops. The aroma is a bit perfumed by pine needles. Flavour of fruits, berries, hops and pine needles with notes of pine needles and grape fruits. Dry finish of hops and grape fruits.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a longlasting off-white head. Malty and slightly hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy and slightly bitter flavor. Long malty and hoppy finish with a bitter aftertaste.
