COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Opaque dark brown beer, no head. Palate is slightly dry, no carbonation. Sweet rich malts and then a little candy fruits underneath. Mild wood with a trace of vanilla. Touch of aniseed, finishes neutral with a trace of marmite. Not bad but some carbonation would have been good!

Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 18, 2011
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Comes as: "Det Lille Bryggeri Moonlight". Pours a murky opaque brown with a tiny rough head. Sweet aroma of overripe fruit. Solid body, hardly any carbonation. Sweet caramel, nuts and a very boozy finish. The cognac chips are fairly downplayed - so are the hops. 180911
