COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Strong stout enriched with Amaretto and after that stored on oak.

Thanks to thewolf for this. Pours an inky black with little or no head. Aroma is very chocolaty and roasted malts. Taste is full mouthfeel, roasted malt, nutty and chocolate. Not as much oak flavours that I expected but it is a tad dry on the tongue. Good beer.

500 ml bottle; thanks Tom!! Pours dark brown with tan head; sweet aromas of roasted malt and faint chocolate; creamy coffee with a faint sourness from the oak; texture is on the thin side with creamy coffee dominating the flavors; thin and very drinkable except for that faint twang

Bottled, thanks Timo A! Black color with dark tan head. Sweet, roasty and warming aroma with licorice and leather. Roasty and somewhat acrid flavor with licorice, anise and mint. Long spicy finish reminding Fernet Branca bitters. Better aroma and finish than the middle part.

500. Thanks, TheWolf! Way to spot a beer that’s well undervalued by its average score. Pours jet black with a dense, creamy tan head. Big roasty coffee nose. Creamy medium body. Tons of coffee, chocolate, prunes, and roast in a very drinkable body.
