Copenhagen Beerfestival 2009. Pours a claer light brown with an off-white head. Sweet with aromas of smoked malts. Hints of dried fruits. Tiny hints of leather. MEdium bodied. Smooth and well balanced. Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUN 21, 2010
0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Dark amber color. Sweet, smoky, earthy and perfumed aroma. Sweet, smoky and tarry flavor with some plastic and earthy barnyard. OK, but there is a weird earthiness in the flavor which I dislike. Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 4, 2010
Bottled. A slightly cloudy deep red beer with a thick light tan head. The aroma has strong notes of smoke as well as lighter notes of tar and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and a smoke note, that hits pretty late and turns more into a tar note towards the very dry finish. Nice for smoke lovers, though the smoke hits later than usual in the flavor. Defreni (3277) - Husum, DENMARK - OCT 25, 2009
HenrikSoegaard (14291) - Randers, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2009

Bottle 50cl.Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2009
Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light roasted, caramel notes, light smoke - meat, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
It is hazy, light brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of smoke, smoked eel skin and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of smoke, malt, caramel and smoked meat. It is nice, not very complex, but straightforward and good. jesperhammer (4825) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2009
light brown/red with some creamy high head.
Definately smokey nose, but what else?
Smokey taste and then just a pilsner?
Borring when you expect a "rauchbeer", but if you had it as a pilsner, it would be OK. I rate it as a smoked beer!
Uninteresting. charlotte (5396) - rødovre, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2009
Hazy amber colour with white head, who stays.Aroma is smoked with taste of Bacon and yeast, feels unbalanced and odd mouthfeels. Not the best smoked beer in the world i guess.
