A Devassa Ruiva esnoba qualquer outra Ale. Tem coloração avermelhada, sabor e aroma encorpados. Fabricada com uma mistura de maltes especiais e lupulos importados, atrai também pala levadura de alta fermentação. Não é á toa que frequenta os melhores pub ingleses.

Heickf's rating

   AROMA 8/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 17/20
Heickf (58) - - OCT 13, 2013

Fraca

Marcius (442) - Geneva, SWITZERLAND - AUG 21, 2015
Golden / amber color, clear liquid and average head. Caramel malty and banana aroma. In the mouth it is a bit bitter e good balance between malt and hops. Light ale, good drinkability.

vidmidia (286) - Vila Velha, BRAZIL - APR 25, 2015
Chopp âmbar, límpido. Aroma de malte levemente cítrico. Sabor de caramelo, um pouco cítrico, com notas defumadas e herbáceas. Retrogosto com notas de menta e final amargo.

aloiscarvalho (104) - - FEB 21, 2015
Coloração laranja. Aroma malte e citrico. Sabor citrico e de laranja, bem leve.

crlnts (390) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 23, 2014
A step above the brazilian pale lagers. An ale with some kind of hop aroma. Light caramel. Not very strong in taste but drinkable. Light amber.

tupungato (61) - POLAND - OCT 22, 2014
Small bottle in Sao Paulo. Decent taste with bitterness, but it misses something for an ale. It’s good and drinkable, but I’d expect stronger taste, stronger aroma from an ale.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 355ml bottle served in a tulip glass. A: Pours a light amber liquid forming a big white aired fluffy head. Small retention and some nice lacings left S: Caramel, caramel malts, dark fruits and flowery hops T: Follows the nose. A slightly sweet caramel upfront, followed by sweet grains and a light flowery bitter hoppy end M: Very watery and light body. Good carbonation. Aftertaste is caramel and light bitter O: Good drinkability. Much better than the disgusting Lager version. Good session Ale [ BA Review @ 8/22/2012 ]

350ml served in a mug glass. A: Pours a pale yellow clear color forming a medium white aired head. Low retention and only few lacings left S: Really hard to find something here.... realty weak. Sweet grains and some hops, if you do an effort T: Follows the nose, I mean, tasteless. Sweet grains, no trace of bitterness. Adjunct malts are really annoying, mainly the corn M: Very light body, watery. Medium carbonation sweet grains aftertaste O: Low drinkability. Not a Pilsener, as usually written in the Brazilian Adjunct Lagers. Honestly, I would not classify it a beer. In any case, it’s a disgusting liquid that should be avoided [ BA Review @ 7/30/2012 ]
