Crosse Keys Spoons. Almost clear amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is delightfully fresh and smooth. Semi dry with good fine carbonation. Light fresh creamy malt. Nice balancing hops - semi sweet fresh orange and mild floral notes. Turns much more bitter and provides a long bitter linger. Just a really nicely balanced, fresh and drinkable beer. Nice one!
Cask at the Green Man, JDW - London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a moderate, frothy white head. Dried fruits, berries in the nose, leaves, lightly toasted bread. Light to medium sweet flavor, some fairly sturdy dry bitter leaves, toasty bread, dried fruits, light pine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Some lightly toasted, bready malta to finish, more leady bitterness, suggestions of pine, peach, some citrus fruits. Very tasty beer overall. Rasmus40 (21989) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2013

This pint was in good nick, not one to rave about but eminently quaffable.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold to amber with no head. Very thin and watery on the palate, some sweet syrupy fruit, slightly floral, elderflower cordial, but really too wishy washy. Not good. Stuu666 (14843) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 6, 2014
