COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-style wheat beer is light and effervescing, a classic refresher. Unmalted wheat, Belgian yeast strain and the use of corriander and orange peel combine to make a true style whitbier

Aromas of banana, subtle citrus fruits, and floral hops. Hazy straw-colored hue with a mostly lasting, white head. Flavors are light and subtle, somewhat earthy and somewhat fruity, with traces of Belgian yeast. Light and very refreshing.

Draft at brewpub. Pours lemon juice colors with no head The lemon mixing with the other ingredients definitely funks things a Up but it’s a bit funky for the style. Not much on the tongue. Clean finish if not a bit watery. Meh!

Light hazed straw color with light white head and lace. Aroma of light citrus and corriander. Corriander dominates with a light hinto lemony. Light bodied with good carbonation. Smooth and refreshing. Pretty nice for the style.

A great witbier! decent lacing on the glass, not very hazy at all . . . I really enjoyed it!

Velkyal (321) - Gordonsville, Virginia, USA - APR 2, 2011
Pours a very pale cloudy yellow, topped with a frothy white head. The nose is dominated by coriander and lemon. Tastewise, a firm biscuity base gives way to a light grassy hoppiness and a long dry finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

beerandIT (300) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAY 4, 2009
Light bodied. Cloudy yellow goldish color. No head and no lacing that I could tell. Banana, some spice and sweet candied sugars. Odd wit, a bit more clean then I would like in one, but okay to drink.
