Bottle tonight but on tap in williamsburg. For such low alcohol it has full body and big hops. Really clean bitter finish. fsbw21086 (481) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 1, 2016
Really natural tasting ipa. A tad metallic but still pretty solid flavors. Decent but not standout.

6 Jan 2015, bottle. Gold/light copper, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is sweet caramel malt with grapefruit rind citrus that doesn’t quite overpower the malt. Still smells a bit ... Juvenile or cheap. Med body and moderately fizzy. Fairly sweet granola malt, mildly bitter. Meh. fonefan (51126) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2015

[ As Devils Backbone Eight Point IPA ].
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, pale malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
A bitter beer not balanced not surprised for the abv. Not citrus more grass and citrus rind. Not thick but what you expect for the abv. Thin head. After bitterness a sweet candy comes in. Light carmel. Nice actually. Patrickctenchi (6732) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 30, 2015
Clear, light amber-yellow with a thin white head.
Light pine and grapefruit aroma.
Taste is grassy, piney, citrus, orange-peel.
A pretty nice, easy drinking one......right on the APA/IPA line.....
