Sample at Birch And Barley/Churchkey. Clear pale golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, biscuit malt and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of fruit, grainy malt and slight floral hops. The finish is sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Had this during the 2011 Shenandoah Throwdown, growler courtesy of Paul. Pours a clear yellow gold with a large white head. Nice floral notes with touches of vanilla as it warms. Crisp and clean, light grain and toast. Lightly sweet, very crisp, with a touch of grain. Clean and cool, super sessionable.
