Short notes from GABF. Faintly hazed gold with a quick and short white head. Aroma impression is faint lemon-herb hoppiness, saccharine malt, dirty diacetyl (rancid butter / olive oil) and acid / skin sweat / BO. Medium bodied, rough texture (doesn’t seem lagered long enough). Tastes of sweet corn with butter (DMS), lightly acidic, medium-low relative bitterness, finishes with a sweet saccharine and cooked corn kernel impression. Suffers from both DMS and diaceytl, though worse in the nose than the mouth, and hop and malt expression is limited.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear pale golden, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of floral hops, toasted malt. The taste is pale biscuity malt, grassy hops. Medium bodied, high carbonation, crisp, lingering bitterness.
