Terrible in just about every way, with slack carbonation and nary a bit of foam in sight. Tastes soda-sweet, with a corn-caramel sweetness and no hops. Just a piss-poor take on the style.

Appearance: Nearly Clear Deep copper. Thin ring of white bubbles. Nose: Lightly sweet caramel malt. Slight roasted cereal and nuts. Touch of herbal hops Taste: malt forward with aspects of toasted oats, caramel and herbal hops. A touch sweet Body: medium to thinner, light carbonation Parting thoughts: This beer lacks a certain depth of character I typically associate with the style. Just a touch thin overall.

Bottle. Pours slightly cloudy dark amber with small foamy off-white head, bready malt aroma, high carbonation, light malt taste with a hint of citrus, thin body, abrupt finish. Not bad at all.

Deep aroma with fast fading head. Aroma is grassy grain and mild caramel. Taste is mild as well with caramel malt, some bread/toast and some subtle fruit. Very drinkable and nice version of the style. I could drink a few of these but not overly memorable = sessionable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dislike. Seriously. I dont even think I finished it, and I dont waste food. Granted, the style is not my favorite- but this is just not well done, Way to sweet- too much caramel and grain happening. Odd, somewhat metallic finish. Nothing at all interesting to say about this one. Meh. Meh.

Simply a pleasant and drinkable beer! Nothing outstanding going on but no flaws either. It pours amber w/ a thin white head and little lacing. The aroma is dominated by malt w/ a hint of the caramel. The taste is clean and crisp and has a bit of depth to it for the style. Solid offering!
