On tap at Johnston’s Saltbox in San Carlos, CA. Light, crisp, light pine, light bitterness, nutty finish... Bitter and herbal as it warms. An expensive craft version of a pretty standard commercial beer.

On tap at United Lounge at SFO. Nice golden body with slight head. Nose is skunky and grainy. Taste is similar of hops and grains. Caramel notes. Okay. slowrunner77 (12569) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAR 16, 2016
Looks as expected. Light body. Grainy aroma and flavor with light honey and citrus. Not bad for a blonde, but nothing special. bytemesis (8960) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - OCT 22, 2013

draught at the brewery parkinlot beer party.
Small beige head. Golden color. Small but complex belgian aroma. This is the same int the taste with typical and well blended belgian taste. Well fermented with just a small residual sweetness. TimE (6067) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 7, 2012
Amber blonde color. Light buscuity, malty nose with a hint of fruit. Med full bodied, rounded and well made. Malty. Enjoyable. Bready finish. nickd717 (4818) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAR 2, 2009
On tap at the brewery on Beer Friday. Golden-blond color with a white head. Aroma of grain and pale malt. Flavor is somewhat grainy and slightly pilsner-like in a way with grassy hops, maybe a little caramel malt thrown in too. Not bad for the style, but definitely not "full-bodied" as they say it is. Medium-bodied at best. golubj (1377) - San Mateo, California, USA - NOV 1, 2008
Draft at the brewery. It was actually an amber pour, not blond, and it smelled of sweet caramel malt along with some grainy malt found in blond ales. Flavor was just like a grainy blond mixed with an amber ale... quite strange and just not very good. Some hops in the finish. Missed the style. RunDWP (203) - San Jose, California, USA - JUN 29, 2008
On tap, under the name of Nola’s Voodoo Brew at Nolas in Palo
Alto, CA. Light brown color, minimal head, not much aroma to speak of . Nice rich carmel malt flavor, a little hops. Went well with the Creole Shrimp I had with it, and would also go well with other traditional New Orleans dishes, as it stands up to spicy dishes. Nice brew.
