Drunk at the Cricketers in a glass from the bottle. Not a good beer. Bad aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Much better than expected. Genuine flavour depth & good richness for a sub 6% beer. Bock like funky red fruits and chocolate. Good value @ 160 baht and I gotta say I’m a little surprised at the 25% style ranking.

BB 10-11-17. Poured a translucent dark amber with a one- to two-finger off-white frothy head that retained very well and laced OK. Carbonation high, lively and fine. Aroma strongly of sweet caramel. Taste of sweet caramel with very low bitterness; very rich and sweet. Light to medium body. Smooth with a lingering sweet finish.

Bottle at Junker and Bar, Bangkok. Poured a clear medium amber with a broken white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth rich sticky toffee apple sweet malty palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice to try but too sweet all round for a session.
