From a 22 oz bottle into a New Belgian 2014 Bunny glass! Pours semi cloudy gold with head and lace. Aroma of mild malts, light citrus zest and hops. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, bitter herbs, grapefruit rind zest, straw hops, minerals, wet rag. Overall rich, complex but a bit rough in a way I don't want another soon. I can't find a date on the bottle to see if it's old but it does taste a tad oxidized. TimE (6275) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 19, 2017
Light amber brown color. Apricot, apples and cotton candy in the nose. Bitterness comes up the front, but then the palate seems weak and watery. Bitter finish. Not balanced. donandres (687) - Makati, PHILIPPINES - NOV 6, 2016

Bottle pours a cloudy golden orange with a one finger white head and good lacing. Aroma is of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is a delicious malty citrus and fruit. Bitterness fairly mild and the aftertaste is a touch medicinal, but overall this is quite good. Ferris (17117) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 18, 2015
Draft - Light Mandarin and citrus with some sweet caramel. Clear gold with a small white head. Light Mandarin, some bitterness and finishes a bit tropical. A little watery and has a dry finish.

Tried this at a buddy’s house and was told it was a new recipe. Love the new packaging. I can’t really remember the last time I had this beer, but whatever they did to the recipe... well done. fiulijn (21516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 18, 2014

Hazy amber color with generous head. This is a semi-dry and lean bodied Amber Ale, with forgettable aroma, some caramel flavor, ordinary bitterness and very little hop quality. Not an IPA; still drinkable.
Clear amber pour. Aromas of biscuity malts, grapefruit. Flavour has a nice bready malt backing with citrus - lemon and grapefruit. Finishes slightly bitter. Nice. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - DEC 25, 2013
poured from bottle to new belgium tulip
A: amber in color. low to no head or bubbles. Great clarity.
S: Fruity. Very, very hoppy nose. Expect this one was dry hopped, twice. Apricots, citrus, slight pine on nose.
T: My nose deceived me. This ale has the smack of early hops, but little or no compliments from mid to late additions to wort. Low fruitfulness for a PNW IPA.
M: thinly falls around tongue. light body. dry finish.
D: Maybe my bottle was not fresh, as none of the anticipated flavors were there. On the contrary, the beta acids provided in the nose, so, I guess this IPA is just not for me.
