Hazy amber color with generous head. This is a semi-dry and lean bodied Amber Ale, with forgettable aroma, some caramel flavor, ordinary bitterness and very little hop quality. Not an IPA; still drinkable.
12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy dark golden with a small white head. Fairly mild grassy hops aroma and flavour. Refreshing IPA, but nothing special here. Oakes (18472) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2006
Cloudy reddish-amber. Big, mesa-making head. Mossy, woody, kumquaty hop aroma. Fruity, bitter, calamansi taste, with pommelo, passion fruit and wood. Hops get a bit metallic at the end. Refreshing.

Draft - Light Mandarin and citrus with some sweet caramel. Clear gold with a small white head. Light Mandarin, some bitterness and finishes a bit tropical. A little watery and has a dry finish. bhensonb (15602) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 17, 2007
Aroma of citrus, and perhaps floral, hop. Amber color with an off-white head that laced a bit. Starts with medium body, mild carbonation, and floral hop to die for. The finish is nicely bitter. Forgot to notice the malt, but on reflection it was there. The effect is to make the mouth want to stand up and dance. It is drinkable liquid hop. More so than some so-called DIPAs. As the label says, refreshingly bitter. Ratman197 (15204) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 12, 2006
