COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp, hoppy Northwest IPA features Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops that impart strong citrus hop flavors and aromas. Our Northwest IPA is balanced nicely with the use of crystal and victory malt. We finished this fine IPA with a heavy dose of dry hopping to lock in the all the intense flavors and aromas. This IPA is sure to satisfy the hop heads of the Northwest, so sit back and enjoy.

Hazy light brown colour with tiny to small off-white head. Sweet caramel malty aroma with dark bitter hops. Dark bitter hops, grapefruit and some malt sweetness in rather balanced flavour.

Amber/gold pour. Aroma is a mix of honey, floral and citrus hops. Flavor switches back and forth between a bit of sweetness and the prick of the hops. Pretty ok IPA. RIP Dick.

Bottle from Craft. Deep copper pour with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, orange marmalade, hops. Tastes caramel malty, with notes of pineapple, resiny hops, and black pepper.

jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 18, 2008
2008-04-18. Lightly hazy dark amber with a good sized fluffy white head, some lacing. (3+) Light hoppy aroma with muted note of feet and light resin. Moderate bitterness in the flavour, resiny bitterness grows in the finish and borders on astringency at times. Average palate. Just okay, the hops are bitter without adding the complexity and delicateness I had hoped for. Shows potential but does not follow through. Bottle from Karen’s Seattle Trip

DuffMan (10148) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 23, 2010
Bottle. Orange amber, creamy compact head. Aroma of citrus fruit, light pine, and a little plastic. Sweet toffee malts, citrus rind, resin, and a little band-aid plastic note. Finishes with astringent green-stick bitterness. I think this is on the verge of being past its prime, with the plasticcy phenols lurking in here.

GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 22, 2011
Tap at Pacific Standard. The pour is a hazy, poo orange with no head and no lace. Probably the ugliest IPA I’ve ever seen. The aroma is all stale hoppy with cheese and rotting berries. Taste is dry, soapy, muddy, just on the grasping edge of IPA. Sucked dick.

JorisPPattyn (9915) - Ursel, BELGIUM - APR 20, 2006
Draught Clear amber-copper; good, fluffy off-white head. Cocos; cookies and USA hops, not overdone constitute the nose. Mild bitter hops, and again, getting cocos in the taste. Bitterness is hoppy, grapefruit and hopsacks. Slightly burning MF, bit harsh, piney aftertaste. Good stereotypic Westcoast IPA.
