Can. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. Good brew. shrubber85 (11448) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 28, 2013
Bottle. Orange malt and metallic orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange malt and moderate bitter orange peel/quinine flavor. Not horrible but rough. alexsdad06 (10471) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - APR 5, 2014
16 oz can. Pours a slightly hazy orange golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have some citrus, herbal and dank hop character that seems a bit muted with some caramel and toasted malts. Nothing else is really going on with this and I will likely not revisit. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 31, 2013
16oz can, thanks to Caterwaul. Shared with friends over a game of Catan. Code on bottle is "0143 09:51". Clear orange color. Big tall off-white head, fades to a thin, rocky amount, leaves some bubbly lace. Musty, caramel, and lightly spicy aroma. Big caramel malt in the aroma. Mostly sweet, light bitter, some spiciness. Some unnecessary musty wet sock aroma. Medium body. Lighter, soft carbonation. Lightly syrupy in the body, but a more dry finish. Definitely very subpar for an IPA. Pretty spicy, and a light buzz / burn in the finish. Not good. b3shine (8925) - Indiana, USA - JUL 9, 2013
Can to pint (thanks jmborggren). Looks decent; a transparent amberish orange with foamy off-white head. Smells and tastes of bitter hops with a pale malt backbone. Average on the palate. An okay beer, but an underwhelming IPA.

10/28/13. 16oz can from Jen’s and Friends while chillin’ in Savannah. Amber pour with a small khaki head. Malty aroma, earthy hops, lots of bread and caramel. Similarly malty flavor, almost no hop to speak of - an earthy or floral sense, but nothing else. Meh. BlackHaddock (7404) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 19, 2015
19th May 2015: Laguna Niguel, California. 12oz bottle into a Corsendonk badged stemmed tulip while cooking oven chips and Bratwurst. Clear and bright amber pour, white head on top. Pleasant hop nose and flavour: not so ’in your face’ as the West Coast varieties I have been experiencing in California. This is calmer, but still hoppy first and foremost. although the bitterness is tempered by the malt content somewhat. Not for the hop heads amongst us but decent enough and a lot closer to an English IPA than a West Coast of the US style. Patrickctenchi (6623) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - APR 11, 2013
Pours clear, bubbly amber with a tall, off-white head.
Scent is grassy hop, light caramel.
Flavour is mildly bitter, citrus peel....
A little leafy/earthy.
Fairly straightforward, mild IPA.
Easygoing. obguthr (6429) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JUN 14, 2014
Caramel, grass, and pine needle nose, hoppy but almost buttery. Crystal clear amber, medium head. Toffee and dandelion flavor initially. Finishes with grass and burned biscuit. Nice use of British malt and hops to balance it out. While it doesn’t all come together so well and it’s a bit of a mess, who can complain for the price? decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - JUL 19, 2015
Orange pour with white head. Aroma is light malt and a touch of citrus. Also a touch of perfume on the nose. Light dry malt start with a citrus bitter. Floral notes as well. Not really enough malt to carry the bitter or the abv. Not sure all this abv comes from malt, surely is dry and bitter. Medium body with a touch foamy. do in a pinch.
