COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Playing Broken Age. Citrusy and clean, with sweet and metallic notes and adequate bitterness. Not bad but fairly mediocre

Jabic (702) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - NOV 10, 2017
Draught at Montreal pub. Ar: juicy fruit and pine resin, medium intensity; some citrus rind. Ap: slightly hazy and golden; medium off-white head with moderate retention, leaves a fine trail of foam and a slight nebula. T: bright lime zest; orange and a medium-low sweetness; clean malt, a tiny bit of light caramel; bitterness is medium-high and clean; orange and grapefruit rims and pine on the finish. P: medium body and steely, with high carbonation; finish is dry. O: delicious IPA; resembles a west coast IPA with its clean citrus and steely malt, which is a bit unexpected given the collaborator, but tasty all the same.

Aroma a cítricos y resina. Espuma poco duradera.

Pours a pretty thin layer of head, not very substantial. Has a cloudy golden/amber appearance. Fairly weak lacing. Some sediments are visible. Very nice aromas of various tropical fruits, citrus hops along with notes of Centennial hops and grassy, floral hops. Flavours are a mixture of citrus and floral hops, some oranges and mandarins, hints of what seems like honey to me. Sweet malts. Mouthcoating and tingling sensation. Slick, full bodied mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Great smooth and easy drinking brew, especially for an IPA. Nothing too offensive here. Love it!
