Clear golden with a thin head. Aroma is sweet malt, herbs, honey floral notes and fruits (mostly citrus). Flavor is floral with sweet malt, honey, alcohol, citrus and a bitter sweet aftertaste. Oily mouthfeel.

Pours clear, dark golden/pale amber. Smallish white head. Aroma is surprisingly biscuity and fruity, with some floral and pepper notes. Taste is rather spicy and floral, with some touches of citrus and caramel as well. Good carbonation, somewhat sweet. Awesome pils with just a touch of IPA (really, it made me think of a way boozier St-Ambroise India Pale Ale) in mouth, but obviously without the finish. Awesome, really. Terrific Pils.

Draft at Blind Tiger with Andrew, Streets, Mark, Ben and Kyle. Pours a deep hazy orange body with nice cloudiness. Aroma is fruit, funk, spicy notes, and pils. Mouthfeel is thin to medium with dryer notes bleeding through the finish. One of the most flavorful pilsners Ive ever tried. Thanks DDC.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden blonde with a very short-lasting white head. Smell is hoppy. Taste is butter (???) and caramel. Some lemon, citrusy bitterness, along with pepper. Did I also detect some pear? Medium bodied, velvety mouthfeel. Very good pilsner - actually reminded me of a Belgian strong ale...but...oh well, it was good!

Delicious brew. The pour is a bright and vibrant glowing orange with a bright finger of white head. The nose is funky....with a good dose of barnyard funk, hay, acetic notes and juicy fruits. The mid palate is sweet, toasty and fruity with light funky notes and light bitterness. The finish is a bit bitter with a warm booziness. Overall a nice brew.

Clear shining yellow. Low carbonation manages an honest foamy and sticky white head. Field aroma, straw, hay spicy hops... Comes out peachy and orangey with grapefruity hops. Refreshing on the tongue. Mild alcohol warming. Slight grain touch. Less sharp and fresh than Rogues but spicier. Theyre obviously of similar origins. Creamy body, smooth carbonation. Gentle bitterness, floral. Id much rather have a light and crisp helles and am definitely not a fan of imperialised blond lager, but what fool wouldnt welcome a rarity.

Mondial de la Bire de Montral 2005. Robe blonde-dore. Alcool tout en douceur. Beaucoup de malt, beaucoup de houblon. Trs bien.

Slight hazy amber colour. Earthy, grassy aroma with hints of caramel. Large flavour - chewy malts (more caramel) and understated hops.
