Beer from Craig and Lisa last year at Christmas. Been in the cellar. Pitch black with tan head. Warm, lovely aroma of chocolate, coffee, hint of wood smoke. Similar flavours. Very smooth. This is an awesome beer. mrol (311) - - SEP 27, 2016
Pours black with brown head. Aroma of vanilla and coffee. Vanilla lead to a bitter coffee finish. The aroma and taste are awesome. Superb!!! Pinky77 (256) - - FEB 15, 2017

On tap at Brothers in Ottawa. Wow! Amazing nose on this, the most enjoyable nose i’ve ever experienced, and the flavour doesn’t disappoint either. Definitely holds it own against St. Ambroise Oatmeal and other world class stouts. DanielBrown (4499) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2013
Keg at Brewdog Birmingham. Might just be the best beer I’ve ever tried. Certainly the best Stout. Wowee - flavour packed from first sniff until 5 minutes after the swig. This tantalised my nose shooter and tongue lung threshold equally. Mega blinding. generallee08 (772) - New York, USA - SEP 23, 2014
Its body has a very dark brown burnt wood color which only allows light to seek through at the edges. The pour produces a tall and thick chocolate milkshake like head. This tall head slowly settles to a thin tightly packed cap of foam that makes lots of lacing on the glass. The aroma is deep and full bready yeast notes, toasted grain, powdery cocoa, wet leaves and damp earth. Its medium to full body has good mix of roasted malt sweetness with hint of bitterness from both roasted malt and hops. Up first are chocolaty cocoa powder notes on top of toasted bready grain and earthy yeast with the slightest wet old woody presence. In the middle I pick up light vanilla bean notes as well as a light cream soda like flavor notes. This moves into the finish which adds dark roasted coffee and earth leafy hop bitterness. On the palate it has a smooth creamy feel with mellow carbonation. BobyFischer (311) - FRANCE - SEP 14, 2015
Noire d’encre, mousse beige, col persistant fin.

This Quebec Stout is the perfection of a stout. It as a distant smell of cocoa and burnt malt. The taste explode in a twist of vanila and roasted malt. Drink this any day at any time! Cheers!
