COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaao orange peels, the spices traditionnally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas, and reveals spices and citrus flavours, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.

12oz bottle. Sweet and spicy mix that really comes together seamlessly. A beautiful and delicious example of a wit that I find particularly nice in the winter season. Less refreshing than a classic wit, but the complexity nice. Some hay, toast, grass, flowers, citrus... all coming together perfectly.

Clear golden body, big white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, pear, other fruits, clove notes, citrus, and alcohol notes (yes even if this is only at 5%). The beer is realy smooth and creamy. Flavour of malt, sweet enough, yeast, pear, citrus, spices. Finish is sweet, citrusy, finish dry. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle poured beautifully into a plastic hotel cup. Is the lacing this nice on glass? Aroma of tropical fruit and yeast. Taste of wheat, citrus and spice.
