Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaçao orange peels, the spices traditionnally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas, and reveals spices and citrus flavours, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.

A beautiful wheat beer...citrus off the top with a bit of citrus too. Medium body with some light bubblegum in the finish...smooth with tiny bubbles of light carbonation.

Hazy pale yellow with a small white head that fades quickly to a sheet leving minimal lace. Nose is wheat, citrus (orange and lemon at the fore) , coriander, yeast and some light honey. Flavour is lightly sweet with a light+ citrus tartness and a well balanced spice that appears in the middle and fades through the finish. Mouth is medium- and smooth with average carbonation and a dry finish. 8/3/7+/4-/14+

Carbonazione medio bassa.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a very small sized head of finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated body semi-transparent weak yellow orange colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was musty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering mild hoppy aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mild lager wheat and spices. An OK brew just nothing special.

Poured from 340 ml bottle. Nice head and foam retention. Hazy and refreshing. An outstanding blanche, well balanced, with noticeable coriander traces.
