COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed only once a year to keep you warm during the cold winter months, the Blanche Neige (« Snow white ») isn’t your typical wheat beer. Firstly, the level of alochol is surprising and is perceived rapidly both in the bouquet and in the mouth. The spices come through immediately, giving very little room for the usual wheat beer aromas (coriander and curaçao). Cinnamon and clove dominate and the flavours are generously well-rounded thanks no doubt to residual sugars. It is therefore a very sweet beer that is best appreciated slowly.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2014 on tap at Dieu du Ciel. pours a cloudy dark gold with a small, but lasting white head. cinnamon dominates the nose, with cloves yeasts and fruits somewhere in the bouquet as well. taste is all cloves. it almost tastes like a liquid tourtière! very unique, i’ve never had anything quite like this before. definately meant to sip on, this is a very nice beer on a cold montreal winter day.

341 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head. Smells like cinnamon, cloved, vanilla. Tastes like cloves, mellow cake and cinnamon. Cinnamon still lingers on in the finish, along with some bitterness and alcohol. Body is full, frothy mouthfeel. Excellent spiced white, although it looked more golden/blonde to me.

Bottle from King&Godfree. Very tasty, nice spicy flavours. Aromas of coriander, honey, butter, with hints of alcohol and grass. Taste is sweet, with sour notes, long lasting. Palate is oily, with a full body. Amber, with no head.

Cinnamon aroma. Clear golden colour with great head. Big hit of cinnamon up front with cloves through the dry finish. Med body and carbonation ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
