Bien construite.

Whatup14 (2184) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 11, 2017
Bouteille 341ml. Couleur orange brillant opaque, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de levure, malt, légèrement boisé, fruité, pointe d’agrumes. Goût fruité, malt, levure, légère acidité, amertume moyenne, sec, petites baies. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Eructoblaster (4412) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 9, 2017
Bouteille - 341ml.

341 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a fizzy short-lasting head. Saison yeast, fruity, spicy lemon, tart bitter finish. Pretty enjoyable. Should have bought more...

Pretty good head and a light yellow lemony body. Funky flour and sour cheese aroma with mustiness. Flavour if a soft and modern lemon kolsch kinda thang that pleases them tastebuds. Coool. Not bad at all. Kinda funky and sophisticated but still verry drinkable (dleenk-a-bluh if you don’t speeka tha Flench.)

3.2
pushkinwow (2910) - Ottawa, CANADA - NOV 21, 2016
Bottle from Eric. Cloudy yet vibrant golden pour with an off white fizzy head that mostly disappears. Fruity and tangy, somewhat dank, bit of oak and bramble, sour tangerine, slightly off salmon or maybe salted cod. Moderate carbonation and body, sour, somewhat dry, lemon curd on the finish and quite acidic.

beerplace (2155) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 30, 2016
341ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a hazy blond with a weak white head. Aroma and taste are hoppy, flowery with some notes of sea buckthorn berries on the background. Tart, hoppy aftertaste.

3.8
mcberko (19193) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 30, 2016
341mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out the tart fruity notes from the sea buckthorn upfront, followed by Belgian yeast, and dry biscuity notes. Flavour is dominated by the lightly tart sea buckthorn berries, with subdued floral notes and a touch of Belgian yeast. Restrained and gentle, but it’s really well-executed. Finishes with a dry, gentle tartness from the berry skins. Usually wouldn’t be so enamored with something like this. But, this is really nice.
