Tap at Blind Tiger. Poured a deep amber. Nose is malty and a bit sweet. Light front followed by a very solid malt base. Sweet malts finish this. Nice and very drinkable. beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 14, 2004
Copper color with a thin white head. Aroma and flavor of malt and caramel, bitter finish. Full body, lively carbonation. Dieu du Ciel doesn’t do lagers often but they still manage to do very good ones, this fine Vienna is a good example. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 23, 2003

Nutty, malty, citrus and yeast aroma. Beautiful clear orange colour with medium white diminishing head. Clean, crisp malt flavour. Medium-light body with effervescent mouthfeel. On tap. whaleman (2178) - North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 17, 2004
Copper body with medium carbonation. Malty, spicy nose and flavor. Tastes medium sweet but finishes nicely off-dry. Easy to enjoy.

Reddish in color with a light caramel taste this beer has short lasting after taste. You just like to have another for that nice fruity feeling. mrkimchee (1414) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 27, 2003

Tap at BT. Pours a nice slight hazed copper with a thin lasting white head. Aroma is cramy- smooth toasted malts, light vienna malts, biscuit, light nuts, herbs and grass- smells clean. Flavor is light fruitiness, toast, nuts, earth, grass, herbs, clean most of the way through then a slight papery tackiness on the tongue in the end. Ok- a touch thin, mostly straightforward. nickchalk (229) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 23, 2004

Couleur rousse, gros collet qui se réduit vite. Arome légère de caramel, fleure et de fruit des champs. Petit goût de fruit sûre, arrière goût amère peu intanse. À date la meilleur de ce style, mais c’est Dieu du Ciel!
