Pas mon truc.
Très sègle, très ambrée. Une amertume sympa mais commune mais pas forcément aromatique. Se boit bien mais sans grand intérêt. czar (8996) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 29, 2016
on tap at ddc montreal brewpub. hazy dark copper-orange with a reviving light beige head offering some retention and lacing. spicy peppery cereals, berry fruitiness, integrated caramel, never overwhelming; touch of sweetness - treacle and some maple syrup solids; astringent herbs, woodsiness, tea, english yeast. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; semi-sweet dusty and spicy-peppery finish. a bit more attenuated and this rye pale would be a tasty pub quencher. lukin (621) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 22, 2016
cask. Brownish-red colour with bubbly head. Lots of fruity and bready malts, pine hops are in the background, but of earth as well. Nice beer. yourilevesque (1829) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 13, 2016

Lambic, Brussels. Deep reddish amber colour with a mediumsized small head. Aroma is wheaty, some mild rye, quite strong on the floral and fruity side and also some mild resiny notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild rye bread as well as some herbs and mild wheaty notes to it.
Draught (6%) @ Lambic Foeder. Rated on 25.06.2015dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - MAY 21, 2015
Aroma has hayish malt and some grain. Also toffee and apricot. Flavour has strong resiny tones, ripe fruits and some hayish grain. Also mild ash. Slightly too foamy palate. A woody and dryish amber. Becomes malty, cereal-like and biscuity at the end of the glass.
Deep ruby red with an off white head. Aroma of toffee, spicy rye, slightly citrusy hops. Flavour is a rather malty beer - creamy and caramel, with a slightly tangy rye and piney hops. Stoned99 (1529) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - APR 25, 2015
On tap at brewpub. Aroma: rye, fruity a bit, some spices. App: hazy copper, medium tan head, good retention. Taste and palate: medium body, sticky, long light bitter and dry finish. Overall: a good pale ale brewed with rye. Nice dry finish. JulienHuxley (5792) - Trois-Rivières, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 24, 2014
Hand pulled at the brewpub. Hazy copper pour with rich creamy, sticky, off white head. Aroma is really hoppy, tons of resinous pine, nice and fresh. Taste is sweet, malty caramel notes with a potent bitter finish, resinous. Palate is silky smooth, med bodied with light carbonation. Flavorful but a bit harsh. Draft: Poured a deep brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light spicy rye malt with some citrus hoppy notes is interesting. Taste is also dominated by some citrus notes with some spicy rye malt notes with light grainy finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not sure what it is but I thought this was missing a little bit of punch.
