Cloudy, purple, aroma showing a variety of bug influences, definitely blackberries, and a fair bit of wood. Tart. And berryish up front. The lacto is strongest, though there is a subtle brett accent in the background. Maybe would like more complexity but at this point it comes out of the barrel like it is.

On tap at Prohibition Pig. Bright red body with a medium white head. Smells of blackberries and vinegar acidity. Hard to get past the vinegar. Tastes strongly of vinegar too, unfortunately. The blackberry is nice, but overpowered by vinegar. Has some sweet doughy malt flavor, too. Bretty back end. Moderate sourness, but not my kind of sourness. Disappointing and a little hard to drink.

Bottle at 2016 Big Deck Tasting. Hazy ruby pour with with a rose thin head. Blackberries, brett, grass and red wine vinegar, some mixed minerals, high carbonation and moderate body, smooth once it warms up, some jam on the finish as things dry out along with a bit of funk.

Bottle 750ml. Pours slightly orange with low off-white head. Aroma is of vinegar, acetone, blackberries, rags. Taste is of blackberries, acetic acid, slight acetone. Palate: Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall: Lots of acetic acid, some acetone. Good.

Pours a very clear and pale red/purple with a small white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of red wine vinegar with some acetone burning your nostrils. Taste is a little better and offers more berries along that acetic acid. Body is light to medium, carbonation moderate and mouthfeel is vinous but just too acetic for me to enjoy fully. A bit hard to drink really and far from what I expected, I will try to find a fresher bottle to compare.

pours unclear bright red-purple with a small white cap offering some retention, creamy lacing. raspberry/blackberry vinegar, purple matter, red grapes, cranberry jelly acidity, red apples, wood, acetone traces, lots of flora. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; tart acetic-fruity finish. kind of disappointing with acetic/acetone peaks - still a nice american fruit sour.
