IPA ambrata con schiuma bianca molto consistente. Al naso molto interessante con note agrumate di pelle di mandarino e kumquat. In bocca incredibilmente buona! Corpo medio e banciata verso un amaro molto piacevole. Il sapore è fruttato, floreale, resinoso e di caramello. Finale pulito e secco. Un capolavoro birraio!! Super consigliata!

Big sour citrus hop aromas. Slightly hazy copper with a light lasting head. A smooth sharp hop grows to a citrus bitter tartness. Refreshing and so good.

wow, cette biere figure assurement dans mon top 10, les kumquats fournit a la biere un gout encore plus agrume qu’une ipa normale, j’adore, originale, excellent. A boire au soleil ou dans le confort de votre maison, cette biere saura vous combler.

WOW. My new Spring favourite (or is would be if Spring came to Alberta). Tap at Three Boars. Light amber with a thin white head. Hoppy nose has some fruity notes. Light body with a delicate touch and great fruity hop flavour. Delicious.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a big frothy lacey white head. Aroma of pine, hop resin, citrus and light tropical fruits with some pale malt sweetness for balance. Taste is pine, resin, grapefruit citrus with some balanced fruity hops flavors like guava and passionfruit and a good malt balance with a nice smooth slick bitterness on the finish. Finish is medium dry and delicately balanced. Easily drinkable by the boat load and that’s scary for its abv.

So I know now that Dieu du Ciel really know their ABC’s of IPAs. Pours a hazy light amber with a small white head. Aroma is of pine, citrus, and tropical fruits. Tastes of pine, citrus, and I assume kumquats, which gives it a unique flavour I am not use to. Has a medium body with lively carbonation and is very chewy and refreshing.
