Had this one after baseball tonight with my godson. Not sure what to expect, but not disappointed. Bang on. Thanks to my sister on this one who brought to me from St-Jerome.

341ml bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is very fruity, tropical fruit, obvious notes of apricot, and some big yeasty esters. Carb is over the top, mouth feel is incredibly effervescent. The finish is semi sweet, apricot jam lingers, soft malts, more yeast. Good, not great.

[9052-20170303] 341mL bottle. Light fruity aroma. Hazy, bright light orange body with a quick foamy white head. Fruity light mango apricot skin yeast flavour. Medium body. Average. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

[Bottle (341ml) shared with GregClow, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m] Pours a very fizzy yellow-gold with a small quick-diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is quite fruity, mainly apricots but also other fruit, along with yeast in the back. Flavour’s the same, lots of apricots up front along with yeast in the back -- simple but easy to drink. Alcohol is well hidden, dangerously so. Average bodied. Interesting, a Summer Tripel.

2017-03-03. Hazy bubbly dark yellow body with a quick head. Aroma had an almost Unibroue like yeast character on first sniff but it disappears on my return, replaced by a good amount of fruit and apricot. Flavour is similarly fruity, lightly tart apricot throughout. Light pale malt and bitterness below. Alcohol is almost invisible considering the strength. Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Very apricot focused but pretty tasty overal. Dangerously quaffable. 7/3/7/3/15-16 Bottle courtesy of Big Red.

Picked up a bottle at Marché Omni. Pours a thick frothy eggshell coloured head and has a cloudy orangey appearance. Nice dirty lacing. Aromas are quite fruity, tropical fruits and apricot are most apparent. Flavours are definitely of apricot, almost immediately. A little bit tangy, some oranges, hints of mangos. Has a little bit of tarty finish on the palate. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Can barely tell this is a 9%abv beer. Goes down quite well.

Pours cloudy light gold with a small white top. Aroma is belgian yeast, fruity apricots. Taste is corriander, apricots, big yeasty. Nice beer. Better in the summer.
