Bottle shared. Thanks Davido! Lots of dark fruit, some saison yeast character. Raisin, dark plums and some fig. Cacao and berry notes as well. Finish was slightly thin. I was lit by this point. fredfa (234) - belo horizonte, BRAZIL - APR 18, 2016
Heavy weight stout with usual deep roasted flavor, but with a slightly sour hop bill. $4.99/11.5 ounces is expensive in MI. thornecb (6022) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - APR 2, 2016
Pours mahogany tinged black into an English pint. Mocha head with excellent retention craters and recedes leaving sheet lacing. Chocolate and espresso aromas. Medium to thin with dark chocolate covered pit fruit upfront turning to roasted nuts and expresso in the lasting finish. dchmela (3078) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 23, 2016
Bottle from Steve. Reddish black pour with huge tan rocky head. Tart yeast, dark roast and hints of chocolate aroma. Medium body roasted grain, Belgian yeast notes, chocolate in the taste. Unique brew, very tasty.

Black with a thick tan head and some lacing. Nose of dark chocolate, caramel, whiskey, coffee, and dark fruit. Malty intro with generous carbonation and a medium mouthfeel, then finishing with dark chocolate, alcohol warming, dark fruit, and coffee and chicory. Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - MAR 17, 2016
(bottle) clear very dark brown colour with a small brown head; intense aroma of roast; sour fruit, chocolate; intense, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish; well hidden alcohol ajnepple (6981) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 13, 2016
11.5 oz single bottle from the Craft Beer Cellar - Fort Collins. 0 and 3 are notched on the label so I’m not sure of its age. Almost black in appearance with a big tan head. The aroma is moderately to heavily malty (roasted grain, bitter chocolate), light to moderately yeasty (black peppercorns) and lightly hoppy (citrus zest). Similar flavor, adding hints of earthiness and light coffee. Fairly bitter with a medium body and a lingering, light dry finish. Interesting. TET (3177) - Kaarina, FINLAND - MAR 5, 2016
An almost black beer, a head is big and light brown. Aroma has riped fruits, citrusfruits, some strawberries, liquirice. Also saison like spicyness and hint of mint. Interesting and great aroma. Taste has fruitness, spicyness, medium bitterness, roastiness, some liquirice in the end. Quite dry. Medium+ bodied, strong carbonation. It’s difficult to say which style this beer is but that’s not important because the great beer is in hte glass. Fruitness and roasted flavours.
