Has a hoppy aroma, but nothing else. Decent head and a foggy orange body. Flavour is lots of hops - a simple flavour. It’s a slightly below average brew for this style, but overall a decent IPA. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 2, 2010
Tap at BT. Pours a light hazed bright amber and a medium thick sticky creamy white head. Aroma is earth, leather, toast, older citrusy hops, light grass and some slight vege notes. Flavor is creamy- almost a wheaty doughy hint, then light corn, bread, toasted malts, light paper and mineral with some decent hops- seems a bit old slight stale oxidation setting in just a bit which gives a very slight astringency in the end. Ok. JulienHuxley (5807) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 14, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Thick creamy head slowly rises to the top of this amber colored ale, beautiful. Aroma is everything you expect from a darker IPA, a good selection of piney hops and caramel malts. Taste is much the same, well balanced sweetness and bitterness overall. Palate is delightfully creamy, an excellent pint. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 9, 2010
Draught, 6.8% at the brewpub. Weak caramelly hop aroma. Hazy copper colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour has a mild caramelly hoppiness, getting quite bitter towards the finish. Very creamy mouthfeel. Good aroma hop finish. blankboy (7689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 26, 2010
Draught at Dieu du Ciel. Pours a hazy deep gold with an average size long-lasting creamy off-white head and good lacing on the glass -- looks great! Very mild aroma of fruit, light hops and caramel malt. Flavour’s better, with a decent amount of hops, mostly in the finish, along with fruit and grain. Long bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Quite good for a ’Cream Ale’, a style I often don’t care for.

An orange amber ale with a thick off white head. A nice caramel malt aroma with good herbal hops, herbaceous, pleasant. In mouth, a nice nutty malt with light herbal hops, light citrus/grapefruits notes, light bitter chocolate. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub July 25 2009. bedainedebiere (538) - Terrebonne, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 16, 2009
On tap at brewpub. Not exactly what you expect from an IPA, this one being quite golden and with a very creamy foam head. Texture is also quite creamy, the aroma and the taste are of citrus hops, slightly peppery with resinous notes. Dry aftertaste, quite lasting. Easy drinking and enjoyable. j12601 (11671) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - APR 8, 2009
On a nitro tap at Dieu du Ciel. Pours an orange almost hazy amber with a thick white head that leaves ample lacing on the glass. Hop aromas start off subdued but slowly develop into a big sticky pile of citrus full of pineapple. Smooth, medium bodied and creamy due to the nitro tap. More pineapple hop notes. Soft grapefruit bitter finish. Quite unique due to the nitro tap on here, with the creamy body providing an excellent counterpoint to all of the hops. One of the favorites of the day. elihapa (1553) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - APR 5, 2009
On tap, DDC. Pours orange-amber with a nice white head. Aroma is softly floral. Palate is strikingly smooth and creamy, and interesting contrast with the hoppiness of the body. Basically, this beer is a nice smooth IPA with richness in the mouthfeel. An interesting offering.
