Black color, light brown head with lacing. Big, sweet, bourbon taste. Bourbon aftertaste. Medium big though fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Bourbon, alcohol scent.
I can see how many would feel the bourbon character takes over way too much, but it does good things for me this one.
From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with cappuccino foam, limited and fine. Aroma is rich: coffee, cocoa, roasted malt, hazelnut. Body is dense, with quite some nose- and tongue-tickling, limited carbonation. Taste is equally rich as aroma: it starts sweet, but quickly turn mildly bitter, with a wonderful cherry/chocolate feeling. Tap at Peche Day 2017. Pours pitch black with disappearing brown head. Heavy bourbon aroma and taste with quite a lot of boozy notes shining through. A bit of chocolate, toast and as it warms quite a bit of dill. My least favorite of the six at Peche day.

Happy Peché Mortel Day! (2016 vintage I believe) This pitch black brew with a beige head and an incredible coffee aroma with a touch of bourbon. The aroma reminds me of Prairie Bomb!
