Blond like a ray of sunlight, crowned by a thick foam and sustained by a pronounced effervescence, this beer is the delight of all our customers! Its bouquet is the result of a large array of floral and fruity esters which is complemented by a light and delicate fragrance of malts and hops. The first draught reveals a fruity sweetness and a warm touch of alcohol. The hops are only delicately unveiled in the aftertaste.

This is a wonderful belgian pale ale. It has a dense fruitiness that complement wonderfully the begian caracter of this beer. It strikes as a much bigger beer than it’s 6% would provide.

On tap at Dieu du Ciel, Montreal on 7th July 2017. Hazy gold with thin off-white film and lacing. Sweet malty aroma. Very fruity in-mouth, with citrus and berries. A late hint of Muscat grapes. Citric tang morphs into bitterness in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body. Superb!

July 20, 2015. On tap at Dieu du Ciel.
Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malty, some white sugar, almond, floral, spices and orange zest. Taste is medium sweet malty and sugary, white bread, light bitter finish with some floral and spicy notes. Medium bodied, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation.

Draft at DdC with Linh, Paul, Ken and Nica. Pours a hazy golden body with white lacing. Lots of lacing throughout the pour. Aroma is full of spicy belgian yeast, strong pepper character and dough. Mouthfeel is medium with lots of spice, belgian wheat, yeast, almost some grass, floral and bitter spice.

Draught at brewpub. Another solid brew in this great series, quite a belgian character nicely balanced between bready cereals and dry fruit, hints of spice, dry finish.

On tap @ Dieu du Ciel. Lightly hazed golden straw pour with a finger of white head. Light pear and apple on the nose along with some sweet pale malts and bread. Subtle spice and yeast along with some very light dried flowers. There’s a bit more sweetness on the tongue than I’d care for. A lot of bread, candy, and fruits. Pear seems to be quite prominent. Light bitterness of grass and dried flowers.

Blonde légèrement trouble possédant une mousse blanche relativement abondante. Semble mince.

Well rounded beer. Beautiful light Belgian ale. Pours cloudy blonde with good lacing and head soft carbonation. Floral aroma with some yeast and light booze. Nicely blended. Finishes sweet and sour in nice mix. Tap at Barhop.
