En fût au 15e anniversaire/Zwanze Day de DDC. Couleur dorée translucide, peu de mousse blanche. Arôme boisé, miel, brett. Goût vineux, boisé, avec une grande acidité. Carbonation moyenne, corps moyen. tom10101 (6297) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 15, 2013
On tap @ DDC (Montréal). Golden with a small persistent ring of white foam. Aroma is weird and I can understand why some of the guys at my table didn’t liked it... it’s a burst of caramelized red apples (exactly like Candy/Toffee apples) with some vanilla and oak notes. Taste is exactly the same with light sourness. Medium body. Low to moderate carbonation. Sirupy mouthfeel. I think this one won’t be a consensus beer... some will love it, other will hate it. It’s complex, unique and really enjoyable (at least for me). JulienHuxley (5982) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 15, 2013
On tap at DDC 15th anniversary. Glowing deep gold pour with small white head. Aroma is simply off-putting, lots of pickle bourbon notes, antibiotics, bourbon, vanilla. Taste is sweet, bourbony, medicinal brett notes, very woody, almost astringent. Drinkable, but just barely.
