Backlog entry: A massive flight at the brewpub. All beers were a bit on the light side. True to style. The variety is impressive and they are worth the try. djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with small off white head. The aroma is caramel and rye. Medium body, rye, raisin, bready malt, light finish, good. HIGHB4LL (837) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 27, 2015
12 oz. bottle thanks to Mitch. Appearance: slight white head, golden color, clear. Aroma: caramel, light floral hops. Palate: average carbonation, medium body, bitter finish, slightly sticky. Taste: sweet caramel and light wheat into light bitter floral taste, but sweetness is slightly cloying for me. Overall, slightly too sweet for me, but a pretty well put together beer. ajnepple (6981) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 7, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Orange, amber and clear appearance with a white head and light lacing. Smooth malty lager with light caramel and light hops. Fruity, berry notes in there with a crisp, light body. Pretty refreshing and easy to drink. snoworsummer (5959) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 13, 2014

Arapahoe Basin, tap: Pours amber/brown with an off-white head. Aroma is lightly roasted malts, caramel, lager-smell, hops, and a teenth of fruitiness. Taste is mostly similar. Slightly sweet, but nothing close to cloying. Nice underlying hop taste. Well-balanced and easy to drink (especially after a day of skiing). Tap. Pours clear, dark amber with thin, fizzy off-white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is mostly mute with notes of caramel, bread malt, light pear, floral hops, and figs. Flavor is cereal and caramel malts forward with some floral hops and subtle fruit esters; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation. robloc303 (268) - Erie, Colorado, USA - AUG 4, 2012
Stopped in on my way home from Breckenridge. Have to say their food is dynamite! I had to drive so only ordered 1 beer, which was this. Poured a deep amber color, nose of caramel, nuts, and maybe some fruits. It was really malty for a lager, but rather enjoyable. The nose almost nailed the flavors on the palate. Cannot say I have ever had a lager like this, but it was good! Steve_0 (3744) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 4, 2012
Tap at the brewery. Pour is amber with a fluffy white head and good lacing. Smell is nice spice, banana, bread, caramel, earth, and light hops. Taste is bread, malt, light caramel, a hint of banana, and spice. Mouthfeel is somewhat watery with medium carbonation. Very smooth and highly drinkable. Another pleasant surprise from Dillon.
