Bottle. Friend brought this back for me throught their trip thorugh Colorado. Poured a brown color with a smaller tan head. Aroma was milk chocolate , nuts, and caramel. Flavor was very nutty, roasted flavors, and chocolate. Somewhat dry finish. An above average beer. Glad my friends knew how much I like good beers.

12 oz bottle at the Two Below dinner and show. Pour is a hazed brown, with a light tan head. Aroma is toasted nutty malts, some sweet honey. The taste is the toasted nutty sweet (caramel, light milk chocolate) of the nose, along with a very light roast which brings out a lot of flavor. Palate is medium bodied, though with bright carbonation and a clean dry finish. Nice brown, I enjoyed the Dillon Dam beers I had.

Bottle at ACBF. Pours a medium brown. Tastes very sweet with flavors and aromas of brown sugar. Sweetness overwhelms flavors from the hops and matls.

The aroma and color give off the appearance that this beer will be more on the sweeter side, and of course it is. The aroma of maple and roasted nuts really come through in this one. One of the better beers they offer.
