Draught. Pours mahagony-amber with an edgy tan head and spotty lacing. Aroma is light milk chocolate, caramel malt, maple, meal (grain) and yeast. Medium bitter chocolate malt, caramel, sour malt and yeast, grain and meal. Medium bodied, thin and smooth palate.

On tap at the Dillon Dam Brewery & Restaurant. Poured a medium brown color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, and toasted malts. Tap at brewery. Fairly deep brown appearance with a brown colored head. Creamy mouthfeel. Slightly nutty flavor with a delicious brown malty flavor. Sweet malty finish and aftertaste. Only beer at Dillon Dam Brewery worth a Damn.
