Murky gold in colour with lots of sediment. Aroma of oranges, citrus, alcohol. Flavour is slightly sweet, musty, yeasty, citrus. Finishes with a quick dryness.

Dark blonde color, lots of yeast floating around, no head. Nice bottle. Yeasty, fruity aroma (banana). Quite sweet, a bit peppery flavor. A very nice, full-bodied and refreshing beer. Much like sahti.

(750ml bottle thanks to ericandersnavy) clearish yellow with a film of white bubbles. Nose of maple, buttery, cracker, honey and graham cracker. Taste is unsweet and dry, crackers, honey, alcohol and maple. Very dry unsweet finish. I apparently liked this more than most.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Oh man, it took me a long time to find this beer. Lots of kilometres travelled along tortuos Wallonian roads and road directions in French. When we finally found the brewery, the brewmaster wasn’t home - he was at work! We did however manage to find the beer in a small store, that sold local products. Slightly perfumed aroma. Pale in colour, very carbonated and an overwhelming yeast-sediment, which makes the last drop almost grey. Quite harmonic "blonde" with sweetness as well as an underlying bitterness. 091004

Blond beer with a small head and big flakes floating about. Weak aroma. Yeasty, fruity and chalky taste. Rather carbonated. A nice well balanced beer.
