This is a smooth beer in the true Irish tradition. If you don;t like the hoppy flavor of most of todays craft beers, you will like Creans. Best beer ever.

There’s a hint of honey or something in it. It’s solid and you could probably drink quite a few before you got sick of it. Unlike other beers you’ll get sick from it before you get sick of it. Lovely draught served in Fitzsimons in Dublin. Ironically, the Crean’s I had in Killarney wasn’t that good. Overall - lovely aroma, balance, taste and aftertaste (something some of the other microbrews lack).

In Dublin getrunken (Church Bar). Ausgewogener Geschmack, rund, malzig, leicht süsslich und wunderbar süffig.

Only had it on tap in Ireland. Found it quite tasty.v I have no sense of smell so aroma is a guess.

Named after. Tom Crean, of Anascaul Co. Kerry, Ireland Tom was a real Antarctic hero of three expiditions with Scott and Shackelton. The beer is my favourite of the moment it is smooth, crisp and easy on the stomach, unlike many of the mainstream lagers. It gets my juices flowing!

Golden lager lightly bitter, malty, with a pleasant aftertaste. Surprised other reviews didn’t score it higher. Make sure you taste it when its been stored properly. If you prefer pumpkin, fennel with the tears of monks beers usually then this more normal beer won’t be for you. If you enjoy normal lagers like sam adams, heineken, estrella galicia, grolsch, molsen etc then you will like this beer. It’s not often you find a nice craft lager beer so it’s worth trying. Slainte.

Aroma has nice fruit and malt notes that continue through the flavor. Nice body and good carbonation makes for a great overall mouthfeel. Really nicely done.

Draft at the Brewpub weeks after they opened in Dingle, Ireland. Pours a golden, amber body with creamy one finger head with light lacing and aggressive carbonation. Aroma is vanilla cream and light fruity notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium with nice carbonation and notes of vanilla, cream, hops, light fruit, butter, and a very muted bitterness in the finish. Great session lager!

On tap in John Benny's, Dingle. Dark golden lively pour with a decent white head. Aromas of hops, grain, citrus, silage. Very refreshing and flavoursome. Good carbonation. Great session beer if you're in Dingle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
