Clear, light amber coloured beer. Small, short-lasting head. Bread, earthy-herbal hops, floral hops, honey, mellow fruits, light alcohol, caramel. Sweet and hoppy in taste overall. Now some citrus. Sweet and hoppy finish with a bit of unpleasant alcohol. Fizzy carbonation, medium body. Actually like a sweeter and stronger version of the Dingslebener Pils. A bit boring for a Bock beer, but still pleasant to drink. Apart from this zhe carbonation fits the overall impression, good beer for a tasty buzz!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts strong-malty, quite sweet. Fruity hints of peaches. Finish a bit alcoholic, less sweet, woody notes. Could be more balanced.

ganache (5773) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 6, 2012
Bottle by 23.8.12. Honey malt with a harsher florality. Orange body with a rocky beige head. Taste is only faintly sweet with a much greater bitterness that eventually comes to dominate. Clover honey, drying, white and Welchs grapes, spicy hops in the back. Layered malt that hides the alcohol pretty well, medium body, overall pretty well crafted but darned if I dont have to stop after a couple of ounces.

Angenehm wrziger Antrunk. Okay.Test vom 16.6.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche
