COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Note: Formerly known as Dinkelacker Jubiläumsbier 125 Jahre.

Backlog from 2015/08/13.

swing top bottle 500ml. -Courtesy of Domagoj from Pivoteka, thanks! Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild grainy nose. Moderate malty, caramel, light grainy and slightly fruity with touch of honey in rather short sweetish finish.

50cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head. Poor retention. Pale malts, cereal and floral aroma. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is bitter with some citric notes. A bit watery and oxidized or astringent. Overall, drinkable.

Bottle. Aroma yeasty, basementy, quite classic. Almost clear golden colour. Rather poor head retention. Quite clean lagery taste, basementy yeasty flavour, honeyish maltiness, almost no hops flavour, light to moderate bitterness. Slightly oxidized in flavour. Otherwise not bad.

Earl of Essex. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and mildly crisp. Very light pale malts, touch of grain. Mild floralness and a forensic trace of citrus. Light finish. Painfully bland.

Scopey (14723) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 4, 2015
Keg at Kings’s Arms. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, bitter-sweet, cereal, grainy, honey and a touch of nougat. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, cereal, toasty grainy, dough, hay, honey-like sweetness and a touch with of grass with a smooth finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Easy-going and drinkable. Not bad at all.

Many thanks to McTapps! The beer starts fresh and highly carbonated. Grainy-sweetish body, a bit mouldy. Easy to drink but a bit too much "cellar" in the aroma. Sweetish-grainy aftertaste with moderate bitterness.
