(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty malty aroma with fruity notes of apricots, citrus and mildly spicy hops in the background. Moderately sweet-bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Malty and slightly sour-doughy taste with fruity and slightly herbal hoppy notes; dry-ish, mildly bitter hoppy finish with herbal and subtle fruity notes. Likeable, but without any extravaganzas. 06.IX.12

From the one liter bottle with an expiration date of 10/31/17. Yellow pour with big, lasting white foamy head. Some fog. The aroma is of white toast, biscuit, and grass. The body is light, crisp, and refreshing. The taste brings out a bready sweetness that finishes with a mild to moderate grassiness. This brings out a mild but not extraordinary Euro-malt character similar to a Pilsener.

500 ml purchased at Middleton Beer and Wine, Middleton, MA. Color is an unclear golden with full white head. Aroma is yeasty, mild malty breath yeast. Light yeast.

Has a nicely creamy mouthfeel, medium sweetness, some fruits and malt. No bitterness at all. Rather well balance of yeast and malt. Old school.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2016 Pours cloudy straw color with 2 finger tall bubbly white head, decreasing slowly. Nice lager smell, but I can’t say nothin more about it. Maybe bread and lemon zest, sunflower oil... It tastes like lager with a good portion of bitterness and bready finish. Full-bodied with perfect carbonation.

Bottle bought in Germany. Yellow gold with a faint haze and a lightly peppery and corny nose. Dry-sweet and grassy, with light candy sugar notes and a distant note of apple.

Vom Fass. Orange-goldene naturtrübe Farbe mit luftigem Schaum. Fruchtig hefiger Duft. Schön frisch. Süffiger Geschmack. Kräuter und Apfelnoten. Hatte ich auch schon als echtes Zwickl im Brauereikeller aus dem Tank!
