Bottle 500 ml. Clear golden straw color with good and noisy white head. Aroma: noble hops, some spicy, grassy, slightly floral, malt and something sweet. Taste: clean, lively carbonization, noticeable hop bitterness, very drinkable. Good pils.

*Old rating, best before 08/04. Frisch-herbes, nicht zu süßes Pils. Sehr süffig, hopfig-grasig, schön intensiv mit nettem, herbem und leicht getreidigem trockenen Nachgeschmack.

0,5 l bottle, with redesigned label art work. Clear golden in the glass, mighty white head. Lively small CO 2 pearls. Low citrus and grain on the nose. Discret start, little bit citrus, little bit herb bitterness. More malt and bitterness in the middle part. Thinner ending. Okay.

With the new bottle label ’Premium’ has been dropped and ’Unser Klassiker’ has been added: same beer though. 28th Aug 2014 and I’ve mown the lawn, my reward two Bavarian Pilsners, this and the drier tasting Angermann Pils from Bamberg. Anyway this light, golden, clear Pilsner had the usual white head and a clean look. Fairly sweet in both the aroma and taste, light maltiness pushing the hops well back into second place in the nose and flavours. Drank them in the wrong order really, this should have been second because of it’s sweetness.

Enjoyed at my hotel in Sinsheim, DE while on a business trip. This is a standard German pils, but it is overall pretty good. Appearance is pure clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma of light hops and malt, grassy notes. Taste is overall flavorful and drinkable. It’s good.

Erfrischend knackig mit ein wenig Gras, Heu und Hopfen. Recht trinkbar, etwas dünn, aber durchaus überzeugend.

Bottle from Pivnizub - many thanks! The beer pours out in a clear golden colour with low head and crisp body. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of hops, citrus, grass, acid and light malt. Refreshing and easy drinkable. Quite a nice one.
