Draft at Lost & Found. Pale straw color, not much of a head. Light and airy, like champagne. Sweet, leaning towards tart, crisp. Reminiscent of the French Doux style. Travlr (25528) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 21, 2014

Thanks to Beerandblues2 for sharing this one. Very nice - easily the best cider I tasted here. Light apple pie aroma with good sour notes from yeast. Great balance. Light hints of cinnamon. Bottle from Cidery. BeerandBlues2 (13645) - Escondido, California, USA - JUN 7, 2014

Bottle at the DC Craft Beer Festival. Poured a pale green-yellow color with a small wispy white head. Aroma was notes of apples, sweet , but naturally fruity sweet, not sugary sweet. Flavor was tart, green apples. This was a bit dry, like a sparking line or champagne. Enjoyed it. nimbleprop (8591) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - AUG 13, 2013
On tap at Meridian Pint’s DC Beer Week Cider Event. Pours a clear, lime green with zero head. Traditional cider aroma, apples, pear, honey, grass. Flavor is sweet, apples, honey, pear, some lime. Dry, lightly boozy finish. Very traditional. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Tap at Paradiso Georgetown. Low carbonation, clear straw pour. Low viscosity. Little to no fizzing out head. Nose is white grape juice, hints chardonnay. Taste is straight up white wine, indistinguishable from chardonnay grape. Lactic, tart, moderate green apple. Champagne all the way.
