The fiery color and unique thirst quenching hop profile give this amber ale a signature all its own. Hand-selected Cascade hops from the NorthWest United States provide a distinct citrus flavor, while still allowing for a subtle malty sweetness.

On nitro (aka Velvet) at the brewery, pours a murky amber brown with some white head. Nose has soggy grains, bread, yeast, light straw. Flavor follows with caramel, grain, bread. Finishes a bit watery actually. Not great.

Geruch cremig und nach Sahne-Karamell. Geschmack relativ süß, aber auch Bittere im Nachgeschmack. Wenig Besonderes, aber ganz gut gemacht. Etwas pappig.
