COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fiery color and unique thirst quenching hop profile give this amber ale a signature all its own. Hand-selected Cascade hops from the NorthWest United States provide a distinct citrus flavor, while still allowing for a subtle malty sweetness.

Geruch cremig und nach Sahne-Karamell. Geschmack relativ süß, aber auch Bittere im Nachgeschmack. Wenig Besonderes, aber ganz gut gemacht. Etwas pappig.

Pyobon (1404) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAY 9, 2015
(On Tap) Clear deep coppery brown with good dense white head. Subtle aroma of toffee, seaweed and citrus. Nice mouthfeel - medium body, slightly silky with bright carbonation. Nice caramel / toffee malt with some balancing vegetable / seaweed notes that develop into some pleasant bitterness in finish. Amber is not my favorite style but this is good - the extra hops make it interesting.
