Draft pint at the District Chophouse; ridiculously light in color but there’s a nice smooth malty biscuity-ness to this; I sense this is almost Koelschy! Pretty enjoyable light beer, I must say. (#2779, 4/7/2007) kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 19, 2006
On tap, DC location, 2006 RBSG pubcrawl. Pours a pale yellow with a small fizzy white head that settled to a thin film. Moderate fine visible carbonation. Aroma is of very light crystal malt and light corn. Flavor is pretty minimal, but certainly not offensive like many brewpub Lights. Mouthfeel is thin with fizzy carbonation. Overall, about what you’d expect, watery and weak, but at least it was drinkable. ben4321 (6607) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 10, 2009

I found this beer to be better then I expected. I mean it is a boring style, so you don’t get a ton of excitement out of it usually, but this one at least was crisp, clean, and refreshing, and for it’s style, more of a quality selection (vs. its own style) then most of their other offerings that I sampled.
Pours yellow with a white head. Smells of apples and lightly breaddy. Tastes semi sweet and crisp with some light floral hints on the finish. TheBeerGod (6241) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - SEP 8, 2005
From a sampler at District ChopHouse in DC on September 5th, 2005. Pellucid gold. Nose is malty with light citrus. Taste is grainy and lemony. Semi-sweet malts and faint honey and grassiness. Light bodied with a mild carbonation feel. Finishes citrusy and wheaty.

On tap at brewery. Clear yellow with fizzy white head. Sweet malty aroma and crisp taste with some vanilla notes. BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - OCT 3, 2006
Draught at Brewpub - RBSG DC 06
Golden color, white head, nice lacing. Nose of diacetyl and pale malt. Some lemony cream and a touch of creamyness. The flavor is grassy, some pale malt and a bit of husk. Finishes wet and a bit dry and bitter. DiarmaidBHK (5436) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 3, 2011
Pours golden from tap with an inch of white foam. Not a lot of aroma. Clean, crisp taste with a full, rich, creamy finish. Finishes clean. chinchill (5171) - South Carolina, USA - JUN 24, 2015
On tap at the brewpub.
Light amber body with a weak head.
Robust and malty for style but certainly mild.
More satisfying than average, with af relatively full body and the usual crisp carbonation. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - APR 13, 2011
Reviewed from notes.
Pours a clear yellow straw color with plenty of visible carbonation bubbles and a nice white head. The nose brings some light grain and not too much else. No vegetables or cardboard, which is a plus here. Taste is similar with mild grain. Light body and really nice drinkability, especially when compared against its "peers."
