Malzig s und medium long ;). 70 Cent.

*Old rating, best before 06.09.10. Nice and round Maibock. A bit worthy, not too sweetish, hints of sharpness.

stevoj (4698) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 11, 2014
Catch up rating. This beer pours a nice golden color with a nice medium head that has lacing and lasts. It has an aroma of fine malts and hints of nuts. The taste brings on even more nuttiness and nice malty flavor. In the mouth it is light and finishes a touch dry. This beer is a great maibock and is very smooth and drinkable.

Quite high alcohol flavor and sweet without balance or interesting bitterness. No it was close it was poured out in the sink.

Bottle looks really good, although I dont like that format. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts strong, dry, a bit metallically. Finish a bit moldy, more and more dry. Malty aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops with notes of malt. Sweetish, malty onset, giving way to hoppy bitterness. Dry aftertaste with a bready note. Not bad.
