Bottle. Pours a clear, copper body, under a rather small, beige head. Malty and quite spiced aroma, but I would like it more pronounced on spicyness. Minty, spiced, sweet and malty flavor finishing spiced and malty, also with a little minty touch. Full body. Too minty I think, but I would like to sample it again to confirm my findings. Bottled. A deep red beer with a bubblu light tan head. The aroma is sweet with strong spicy notes as well as hints of smoke. The flavor is sweet and very spicy with notes of cellery, fennel, and licorice, leading to a smooth spicy finish, which lingers for a long time.

Sweetish spice mix and medium bodied ale. Good-looking, clean and clear light copper covered by a large and lasting head. Phenolic yeastiness reminiscent of weizens, grainy, subtle numerous spices. I presume this contains nutmeg, ginger and anise or something, but they are tough to tell apart. Medium-full bodied, engaging carbonation. A fun experiment that indeed has a mystic, mysterious something about it. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2007
Draught. Clear brown of color with a beige head. An aroma of spice, liqurice and caramel.A flavor of spice, liqurice, sweet notes and hints of danish glögg. JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - NOV 1, 2007
(on tap) Spicy, liqourice and fennel, also more dirt-like in anis. Golden red, white head. Good carbonation level, plays along nitely with the powerfull herbs. Actually the carbonation carries a quite sweet beer nicely through, makes it light a very drinkable. Borup (14485) - Albertslund, DENMARK - OCT 19, 2007
Bottle. Dark amber colour with an average head. Aroma and flavour of spice, dark fruit and malt. yespr (45437) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 19, 2007
50 cL bottle. Pours golden orange to amber, almost clear, with a light yellowish head. Complex spice aroma, label says 6 spices, I think I can sense annis seed, cardemomme, ginger, cloves, cinnemon and something extra I cannot make out what is. Flavour continues at the same pathway giving some more power to the individual spices. Underneath is a soft malt base, medium sweet to dry. Finish has a mild bitterness but is dominanted by the spices. Not my style of brew but certainly well crafted and somewhat unique. Well done.
