Danish: I 2009 fejres Charles Darwins 200-års fødselsdag og 150-året for udgivelsen af "On the Origin of Species".

Very good DIPA. Lots of hoppy taste, to enjoy. Good rich body, that hides the alcohol very well.

Nose hops and mild cacao. Pale beige head. Brownish color. Slightly sweet hoppy taste. Some grapefruit and cacao too.

Unclear pour due to the large amount of lees. You have some nice hop aromas with the malt seeping through, but the taste is just terrible. Herbal and acidic. Horrible beer.

Bottle from BarleyWine, CPH - murky amber pour with white head. Medium sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, caramel, some great citrus hoppy presence, prominent pine needles, a nice substantial boozy mouthfeel, solid bitter finish. Really enjoyed this.

@ Agards väg 8/2-15. Bottle from Systembolaget. Hoppy, fruity and caramely with quite a la lot of toffee. Also notes of grapefruit, pine needles and sweetness. Body is medium, the finish is dry, fruity and caramely.

Aroma: fruity sweet and hoppy. Flavour: nutty and floral with a grape like gitterness and a dry finish. A prickly and creamy mouthfeel. Colour: golden amber with an offwhite head. From: outlet at one pint in Hobro. Dec. 2014

33 cl. bottle poured in to a Snifter. Muddy amber colour with a dense, creamy lightly tanned head. Fruity aroma with sweet berries, citrus and floral hops, caramel malts and pines. Some spicy notes. Taste is bitter. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and more bitter than the aroma might suggest. Citrus and grasses. A different take on the DIPA category.

Berries and fruity aroma. Actually not so much fruit flavor at all. Not nearly as well-hopped as I thought. Heavy bitterness that fills the mouth forever. To bitter for my taste. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

A bit cloudy appearance with hardly any head. Aroma has hops and a hint of citrus. Taste is bitter and medium sweet. Aftertaste is long and balanced. Caramel, hops and some citrus flavors.
